Hans Bekkers is a statistician and development economist with 30 years of experience in the fields of statistics, socio-economic analysis and advising local governments on policy. Topics treated include public finance, institution building, human resource development, poverty alleviation, evaluation, monitoring and statistics. Hans has worked as a quantitative economist and familiar with econometrics and statistics. Worked for several international organizations and obtained experience both in developing countries as with economies in transition. Previous positions Bekkers has held include project coordinator with SEOR in Rotterdam, researcher and department chief with Statistics Netherlands and as a junior professional with the United Nations.

Martin Zwanenburg has vast experience in renewable energy and energy efficiency projects in many settings and with many methodologies. He brings to AC decades of experience from developing projects based all over the developing world. Martin also has been involved in baseline and monitoring studies for CDM projects in three continents and has made market and feasibility studies for a range of energy efficiency projects and products. Irma Lubrecht holds an engineering degree in Forestry from the Agricultural University Wageningen, the Netherlands. She is director of IR-ON, a consultancy company specialized in climate change issues. She provides training courses, reviews climate change projects and undertakes assessments of climate change projects in the energy, waste management and forestry sectors. Irma worked 8 years for the SGS Climate Change Programme as lead assessor and technical reviewer resulting in extensive experience in validation and verification of emission reduction and sequestration projects, especially (biomass) fuel switch, landfill gas and LULUCF projects.

Sergio Degener holds
an Environmental engineering degree from the University of Applied
Sciences Bingen, Germany. He is director of Degener Co2 Consulting; a company
specialized in CDM and VER project activities. Degener also supports DOEs
in project activities, mainly in the energy, waste management and agricultural
sectors. Sergio worked for three years at TÜV SÜD "Carbon Management
Service" as GHG lead auditor, technical reviewer and regional manager for
Latin America. He also counts with plenty of experience in validation and
verification processes in many scopes and has a firm grasp of the carbon market
state of affairs in Latin America.

Felipe De Leon
CDM Advisor Felipe has experience with world-class consulting firms with a strong emphasis in process-based project design and implementation in over a dozen countries including Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Peru and Puerto Rico. De Leon brings to the team specific experience in the Clean Development Mechanism, including the ground-up design of energy efficiency and wind related CDM projects. Pro bono services provided for the public sector have included advisory duties on the conceptual design of a voluntary market for potential development based on the ISO 14064 standard and representation in a international events including CarbonExpo 2007 and the Austrian JI/CDM Workshop 2008, at which he was a speaker.

has experience working as a financial advisor, foreign investment and
e-regulations consultant for the United Nation. Previously Mauricio
worked as a consultant with the London Consulting Group (Latin America)
and in financial operations with the Mercado de Valores de Costa Rica
Financial Group. Mauricio holds a BA in Business Administration from
the Universidad Veritas - ITAM de Costa Rica, and a Master of Strategic
Leadership toward Sustainability from the Blekinge Institute of
Technology.

Sustainable Development and Renewable Energy Advisor Pablo holds a degree in forestry management and a post graduate degree in environmental engineering. He has worked in numeros afforestation and reforestation projects in Chile and Central America and also has experience in renewable energy technologies, most notably with forest biomass. His work has also dealt with stakeholder consultations for native forest plantations and with municipal governments that are implementing environmental management programs such as solid waste handling and recycling. Pablo Cardenas has also developed a methodology for the estimation of green house gas emissions from wine production.

Georges Dyer CSR & Sustainable Development Advisor For over ten years, Georges has been engaged in solutions-based, business-driven, and whole-system approaches to sustainable development. For two years Georges was the Head of Market Intelligence for the Institutional Equities Group at LaBranche Financial Services in New York, where he was an NASD Series 86/87 licensed analyst. Prior to Wall Street, he was engaged with private equity deals working with eco-efficiency start-up companies and on residential and commercial real estate projects. He has worked with design-build firms on four residential green building projects, and is certified in Permaculture design. Georges' master's thesis research focused on sustainable development aspects of CDM projects.

Archie's professional work has taken him to the Dominican Republic where he developed a coastal management plan for Grupo Punta Cana and introduction to CDM projects.
